Thayer’s Witch Hazel Review

Missy and I decided to do a series where we review the products that we use for face mask prep! So here’s the first post in the series! Thayer’s Witch Hazel is an awesome gentle toner that we both love.

First Impressions

Ruby – I LOVE how this toner smells!!!!!!

Missy – I like the bottle and its label. It may be a small thing, but when it comes to daily use products, I like something that I don’t mind leaving out on the vanity.  It smells great, and I love not smelling alcohol as a first smell in toner.

Application

Ruby – I love how gentle this is. It doesn’t feel like I am putting something harsh on my skin, but more like I am grazing my skin with a silky clean water of the Gods.

Missy – So gentile.  I have semi-sensitive skin, particularly when it comes to cleaners and toners.  Most toners I have tried dry out my skin.  Never had a problem with this.

Conclusions

Ruby – I am infatuated with this toner. (I know weird statement.) I am SO grateful that Missy introduced me to it. Yes, she was right about this one. SHHH….don’t tell her!

Missy – My go to toner for sure. You can also buy this at Whole Foods in small bottles perfect for your purse or travel bag.  There is no reason to not have one in the bathroom, the office, your purse and car. Maybe that would be excessive, maybe not.

I literally JUST bought this toner the other day to try! It is the number one rated toner on influenster, so I thought I would give it a go! For months I have been using toners with glycolic acid, but I have been suspecting that they have been too harsh for my skin, so I am hoping this one works out for me!
